Ingredients
500 ml good quality chickenstock
150 g peeled raw king prawns
Method
  1. In a saucepan place the chicken stock, Amoy Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, prawns and Amoy Udon Thick Noodles and bring up to the boil, stirring gently to separate the noodles.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir through the Amoy reduced salt soy sauce, coriander and spring onions and serve immediately.
  • Tip: Also works well with Amoy Straight to Wok ribbon rice noodles.
