Fabulous beef kebabs coated in Amoy teriyaki & sesame stir fry sauce. Quick and easy and great for BBQ's.

Ingredients
2 x 225g thick sirloin steak, cut into 3cm cubes
1/2 large red onion, cut into 3cm pieces
1/2 small orange pepper, cut into 3cm pieces
4 cherry tomatoes
1/2 small courgette, cut into 2cm thick rounds
2 large button mushrooms, cut in half
1/2 tbs p vegetable oil
Green salad, to serve
4 x 25cm wooden skewers, soaked in water for 20 minutes
Method
  1. Thread the beef onto the skewers alternating with the vegetables.
  2. Mix one sachet of Amoy teriyaki & sesame stir fry sauce and oil in a large dish big enough to fit the skewers, coat the kebabs in the sauce and leave to marinate covered in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. When ready to cook, place over grey coals of a barbecue, turn often brushing with the remaining sachet of sauce until the beef is cooked to your liking.
  4. Serve the kebabs with a green salad.
  • Tip: This recipes also works well with Amoy black bean stir fry sauce.
