Baked Sweet Chilli Chicken
A tasty midweek dish with a kick.
Ingredients:
4 tbsp Amoy sweet thai chilli sauce, 1 tbsp Amoy reduced salt soy sauce, ¼ tsp ground ginger, 4 skinless chicken breasts.
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Mix together Amoy thai sweet chilli sauce, Amoy reduced salt soy sauce and ground ginger.
- Cut three slashes into each chicken breast and place on a lined baking tray.
- Spoon the sauce over the chicken breasts and into the slashes and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve the chicken breasts with the pan juices and some stir fried vegetables.
