Asian Prawn Noodle Broth
King prawns and Amoy udon noodles in a simple broth with a hint of Amoy sweet thai chilli stir fry sauce.
Tip: Also works well with Amoy Straight to Wok ribbon rice noodles.
- In a saucepan place the chicken stock, Amoy Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce, prawns and Amoy Udon Thick Noodles and bring up to the boil, stirring gently to separate the noodles.
- Remove from the heat and stir through the Amoy reduced salt soy sauce, coriander and spring onions and serve immediately.
