The Amoy Food Van UK Tour

In celebration of Chinese New Year in February, the Amoy Food Van toured the length of the UK, stopping at Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham and London, on a mission to bring a real taste of Amoy's authentic Asian cooking to shoppers and fans alike.
Four amazing recipes were sampled: Vegetable Chow Mein, Chicken Pad Thai, Vegetable Peanut Satay Stir Fry and Honey & Mustard Chicken Skewers.
The response was overwhelming- the team handed out over 15,000 samples to hungry shoppers, and gave away recipe booklets with great ideas for midweek meals during the visits to city centres. Check below for some pictures of the Food Van out on tour.
