The full flavour of Amoy soy sauce with 25% less salt than Amoy dark soy sauce. Add Amoy reduced salt soy sauce to your favourite stir frys. Marinate chicken before cooking for extra flavour. Enrich casseroles, soups or stews by adding a splash.

Asian Prawn Noodle Broth
King prawns and Amoy udon noodles in a simple broth with a hint of sweet thai chilli.
120g sachet Amoy sweet thai chilli stir fry sauce, 300g Amoy Straight to Wok udon thick noodles, 1 tsp Amoy reduced salt soy sauce, 1 chicken stock cube made up with 500ml water, 150g peeled raw king prawns.
- In a saucepan place the chicken stock, Amoy sweet thai chilli sauce, prawns and Amoy udon thick noodles and bring up to the boil, stirring gently to separate the noodles.
- Remove from the heat and stir through the Amoy reduced salt soy sauce, coriander and spring onions and serve immediately.
