Our special selection soy sauce is made from the first extracts of whole soya beans which gives it an intense, rich and full-bodied flavour.

Asian Prawn Noodle Broth
King prawns and Amoy udon noodles in a simple broth with a hint of sweet thai chilli.
120g sachet Amoy sweet thai chilli stir fry sauce, 300g Amoy Straight to Wok udon thick noodles, 1 tsp Amoy special selection soy sauce, 1 chicken stock cube made up with 500ml water, 150g peeled raw king prawns.
- In a saucepan place the chicken stock, Amoy sweet thai chilli sauce, prawns and Amoy udon thick noodles. Bring up to the boil, stirring gently to separate the noodles and ensuring that the prawns are fully cooked through.
- Remove from the heat and stir through the Amoy special selection soy sauce, coriander and spring onions and serve immediately.
