Wok Fried Prawns with Honey Bean and Bell Pepper in Chilli Sauce

We recommend using Amoy Soy Sauce in this recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 300g or approx 10 pieces (peeled) Tiger prawns
  • 100g sugar snap peas / mange tout
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 1-2 tablespoons tamarind sauce - optional
  • Squeeze of lime juice
Seasonings:
  • Pinch of corn starch, loosened with water
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chilli paste
