Wok Fried Prawns with Honey Bean and Bell Pepper in Chilli Sauce
We recommend using Amoy Soy Sauce in this recipe.
Ingredients:
300g or approx 10 pieces (peeled) Tiger prawns
100g sugar snap peas / mange tout
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
1-2 tablespoons tamarind sauce - optional
Squeeze of lime juice
Seasonings:
Pinch of corn starch, loosened with water
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon chilli paste
