Beer Fish
We recommend using Amoy Soy Sauce in this recipe.
Ingredients:
200g catfish, deboned (or firm white such as seabass, monkfish, skin on)
3 tablespoons of peanut oil
1 tomato, thick slices
1 small red pepper, diced
1 small green pepper, diced
2 pickled red or green chillies, deseeded and finely sliced
25g ginger sliced
4 cloves garlic - crushed
1 teaspoon of salt
2t easpoons of oyster sauce
2 tablespoon of soy sauce
100-150ml (¼ pint beer)
2 tablespoons of sliced garlic tops or spring onions
Sugar
Salt and pepper
