Serves: 2-3 people
- Stir fry prawns - heat 1tbsp oil in a wok or pan over high heat. Add prawns and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
- Add vegetables - add the vegetables mix and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add sauce - add the sauce and stir-fry for a further 1 minute.
